For products that are available and in stock, standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days from the date your order is processed.

Express Shipping

Customers who select express shipping can expect delivery within 3–5 business days for in-stock items.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, QHD Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. QHD Luxe is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or missing packages after they have been accepted by the carrier.

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding any delivery issues or claims.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout. QHD Luxe is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
