Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. After tracking information has been provided, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and ensure arrangements are made to receive the package.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. QHD Luxe is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

QHD Luxe is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced. If you experience an issue with a delivered package, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or investigation.
